A Message to Our Community
Dear Neighbors,
As Founder and President of the Palisades Recovery Coalition (PRC), I want to take a moment to share with you where we stand, what we’re working on, and why your trust and partnership matter now more than ever.
The PRC was formed in the wake of unimaginable loss — to help coordinate, support, and accelerate recovery in a way that reflects the values of this community. We are not a government agency. We are your neighbors: residents, professionals, volunteers, and advocates working tirelessly to bring clarity, coordination, and compassion to this long road ahead.
Our priorities are simple:
• To streamline and support rebuilding
• To promote resilient, fire-safe planning
• To advocate for infrastructure improvements and access to resources
• To ensure that the voices of Palisadians shape the policies that impact our future
We do this work in close coordination with city, county, and state partners — not because we agree on every detail, but because real recovery requires working across systems. We believe in holding our public officials accountable and giving them the tools to do what’s needed.
Integrity guides everything we do. We are transparent in our actions, inclusive in our process, and always focused on what will serve the greater good — no gamesmanship or agenda.
We invite you to stay engaged. Ask questions. Come to meetings. Challenge us. But most of all, walk with us. Recovery will not happen overnight — but with unity, it will happen.
